On the page that we left blank, in the beginning, you're going to draw your name in one point perspective. (See the samples below).
To do that, you will need:
1) ruler
2) pencil
3) colored pencils

How to draw 3D block letters
After you've practiced drawing your name in 3D block letters, to do the assignment:
1)Use the ruler to draw one horizontal line across the MIDDLE of your paper (do this lightly as it is a guide)
2)Place the ruler approximately one inch above the line, but angle it so that the right side of the ruler goes up at an angle and touches the right corner of the page.
3)Draw that line lightly
(Now you should have two lines on your paper: one that runs across and the other, above it, that runs across at an angle going upward toward the right. The two should NOT be touching)
4) Draw your name in 3D block letters between those lines
5) Include shading and a background that represents YOU!
