For reading extra credit, I want you to take a large piece of paper, fold it in half. On the left, I want you to draw old Buck (chapter 1) and on the right draw new Buck (end of chapter 6). Include appropriate background AND each side must have at least ten adjectives describing Buck. I do not want sentences, just words.

On the page that we left blank, in the beginning, you're going to draw your name in one point perspective. (See the samples below).
To do that, you will need: 1) ruler 2) pencil 3) colored pencils and to watch the video below... How to draw 3D block letters After you've practiced drawing your name in 3D block letters, to do the assignment: 1)Use the ruler to draw one horizontal line across the MIDDLE of your paper (do this lightly as it is a guide) 2)Place the ruler approximately one inch above the line, but angle it so that the right side of the ruler goes up at an angle and touches the right corner of the page. 3)Draw that line lightly (Now you should have two lines on your paper: one that runs across and the other, above it, that runs across at an angle going upward toward the right. The two should NOT be touching) 4) Draw your name in 3D block letters between those lines 5) Include shading and a background that represents YOU! Take turns taking this test when you do not have math. Keep track of your results! We will discuss them tomorrow!
