2 No because there are a lot of students that are more educated then the United States's people.
3 Scores are lagging so much because students aren't getting a lot of education they need from teachers and there not trying hard enough.
4 My reaction was shocking, the U.S. should have more control over this and its a shame to have other people who don't even speak proper English.
5. The teachers should explain things to students more so they can understand what there doing. And, Increased use of outside resources. Improved design skills/ Attention audience. Change in student and teacher roles. Help low performing students in Mathematics. Physical fitness can help improve students learning.
